Nine Month Check-Up

This past tuesday Jack had his 9 month check-up. We weren't able to see Dr. Leavitt because I had to reschedule so instead we met with Melanie the nurse. These are his status at 9 months old:

29.25 inches long (75 percentile)
20 lbs (50 percentile)
17.75 for head circumference (50 percentile)

According to the nurse Jack is looking great. She said I can start him on table food. It would things such as mac and cheese, cottage cheese, yogurt, and so on. The only thing I can't give him is cow milk. At this appointment he got his foot pricked so that they can check his iron level. I haven't gotten any call back and its been 3 days so that must be a sign that his iron level is good and sufficient. He did so well when the lady pricked his foot. Secret was my cell phone. He didn't even cry at all. He definently loved the bandgage that got rapped about his big toe. Overall, he is healthy and progressing just fine.
