Jack's Birthday Party Bash

4-25-09: Last saturday we had a big birthday party for Jack where we celebrated his first birthday! His party was filled with fun activities like an egg hunt but instead of eggs they where soft water toys. we made a smiling face board and then I scrapbooked it like crazy and we had small balls from wal mart that the boys could throw through it, and then we had a kiddy pool full of ducks and turtles where the boys came and picked a either one and underneath was a number that represented a prize that they where going to get. All the prizes where books that the boys could take home and read. As you can tell only boys where here at the party, not a single girl could come. But that's ok, all of the kids had a great time. Then it was birthday cake time and we had everyone gather around sing happy birthday to Jack. Thanks to Norma my MIL she made Jack a super duper fun truck cake that looked amazing and tasted great too. The whole funny part about the cake that instead of Jack blowing it out he just slapped his hand right into that candle. It was too funny. Then we opened presents and we got some amazing presents. Thanks to all that contributed, we are so greatful for all that everyone gave us and all that came. During this whole time poor little Jack was sick and was not feeling good. His nose had been running and he had been having this nasty deep cough and he probably would have been in a better mood if not for his sickness. Oh well! Happy Birthday Jack - We Always want you to know that mommy and daddy love you so much and are so greatful that you have come into our lives.
