10 Months Old

I am so like a week late on this blog. I've been sooo busy with school & work & studying & taking care of Jefferson and the house that I have had no time to blog. Well it's official, Jack is 10 months old. Here are some of the things that he is doing and learning;

-Jack is done with having baby foods, except for he likes eating oatmeal, applesauce, strawberry yogurt, french fries, mac and cheese cold cereal. What is so funny with him is that after he is completely full and he see's you with some food he will come over to you and beg for some of what you have and if you don't give him any he will scream at you.

-I don't know what to do but Jack keeps getting up twice or three times a night. I am a very light sleeper and I don't know how to sleep through some of his cries. He goes down about 8 o'clock, wakes up at 11 o'clock at night or midnight and then wakes up at three or four in the morning and this is just for a diaper change and a 6 oz bottle of milk and then wakes up at six and wants to play or go for a walk but keeps yawning all morning. I just don't get this kid.

-He is wearing size 12 pants and size 18 shirts but his shoe size is 5. How scary is that, my baby has big feet. I have to admit that I really hate my babies hand and feet because they are way too big for his age and size. All I know is that it definently didn't come from my side of the family. Well at least he is a boy so it won't matter that much.

-He is crawling around like crazy, I have to watch him very carefully because he may be in one spot for a moment and the next he is out the door. He can stand for like 5 seconds but he is lazy and doesn't like to stand much unless I hold his hands. He can move from one furniture to another all by himself. He can push his little red car all by himself, its super cute to watch.

-His been pretty healthy, nothing too serious has come our way.

-He loves to talk. Early in the morning I find him in his crib just talking to himself, even in the car when we are going places. He especially loves to sing with me when i have music on its really funny. Plus he loves to dance a lot. Especially when his aunt chant "Go White Boy Go".

-All in all Jack has been a great blessing and joy for Jefferson and I and we LOVE him to pieces. He is the reason we wake up in the morning for and the reason we go to bed. He is our pride and joy and he makes us sooo HAPPY. We just love him.
